Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Regional Senior Training Manager to lead training initiatives across North America. You will develop localized strategies, design engaging in-person and virtual programs, and coach boutique teams to raise selling skills and brand knowledge.

In this role you will collaborate with commercial directors and managers, monitor outcomes with CRM/NPS data, and guide regional projects and budgets. Extensive travel (50–70%) across North America is expected.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in luxury industry with boutique field or sales experience
• At least 5 years in retail training
• Strong knowledge of North American luxury retail landscape and excellent communication/public speaking skills
• Proficiency with Office tools including PowerPoint and Excel; excellent written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel extensively across North America (50–70%)

The Regional Senior Training Manager plans and implements retail, partner, and team training activities across North America. The role develops local training strategies, delivers training and coaching, and supports business performance and team development.

Responsibilities

• Develop the yearly training roadmap and localized training content in alignment with market priorities and headquarters guidelines.
• Design and deliver in-person and virtual training on brand and product knowledge, luxury culture, clienteling, selling skills, and retail management.
• Partner with commercial directors and boutique managers to provide coaching, tailored training plans, and follow-up.
• Use CRM, NPS, and mystery shopping data to evaluate outcomes and create action plans.
• Contribute to regional and global projects, manage training reports and budgets, and oversee onboarding and development plans.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of luxury industry experience with proven boutique field or sales experience, including at least 5 years in retail training.
• Strong knowledge of the North American luxury retail landscape and excellent communication, public speaking, influencing, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout North America, 50 to 70% of the time.
