Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital infrastructure, data center, risk, insurance brokerage, consulting, construction, real estate, technology or telecoms.
• Demonstrated business development and sales leadership in complex organizations.
• Ability to influence and lead through collaboration in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Coordinate resources and engage SMEs to support strategic pursuits and client proposals.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to prioritize opportunities and drive pursuit activity.
• Position Aon as the advisor of choice across the digital infrastructure lifecycle.
