Job summary

Aon is seeking a highly experienced North America Digital Infrastructure Business Development Leader to accelerate growth across our Digital Infrastructure business. This role partners with the Practice Leader to execute growth strategies for Risk Capital and Human Capital solutions across the NA market.

The ideal candidate connects Producers, Account Executives, and industry leaders to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and market visibility, while expanding Aon's presence in the data

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital infrastructure, data center, commercial risk, insurance brokerage, consulting, construction, real estate, technology, telecommunications, or related industries.
• Demonstrated business development, sales leadership, client management, or industry leadership experience.
• Proven ability to influence and lead through collaboration in a matrixed organization.
• Experience working with large, complex client organizations and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging market opportunities and strategic growth priorities across the digital infrastructure ecosystem.
• Coordinate resources and assist client teams in developing compelling value propositions.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to drive pursuit activity across target accounts and prospects.
• Position Aon as the advisor of choice across the digital infrastructure lifecycle and develop scalable solutions.
