Job summary

Aon is seeking a Digital Infrastructure Power Leader to build and lead our market strategy at the intersection of digital infrastructure, power, risk, and capital. Hybrid role with office attendance two to three days weekly.

This role will guide data center developers, hyperscalers, utilities, and lenders, shaping AI-powered infrastructure growth. You will develop executive relationships and create innovative, revenue-generating solutions while expanding Aon's leadership in the convergence of

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in power generation, utilities, data center development, or related areas.
Experience in infrastructure investing, energy consulting, or insurance and risk advisory.
Project finance experience and ability to lead market growth.

Responsibilities

Lead Market Growth: build and implement Aon's Digital Infrastructure Power strategy across the U.S.
Advise Clients: provide strategic guidance on data center energy, grid reliability, and power procurement.
Develop Innovative Solutions: collaborate across teams to deliver integrated power, resilience, and capital solutions.
