Job summary

Aon is seeking a dynamic North America Digital Infrastructure Business Development Leader to accelerate growth across our Digital Infrastructure business in North America. This role partners with the North America Practice Leader to execute growth strategies across Risk Capital and Human Capital solutions for clients in the digital infrastructure ecosystem.

This role serves as a connector and catalyst for Producers, Account Executives, and industry leaders to drive client acquisition, revenue

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital infrastructure or related fields
• Proven business development, sales leadership, client management
• Ability to influence and lead in a matrixed organization
• Experience with large cross-functional client organizations

Responsibilities

• Grow and execute growth strategies across North America for Digital Infrastructure
• Coordinate resources and SMEs to support strategic pursuits
• Collaborate with regional leaders to drive pursuit activity across target accounts
• Position Aon as the advisor of choice across the digital infrastructure lifecycle
