Aon seeks a dynamic North America Digital Infrastructure Business Development Leader to accelerate growth across our Digital Infrastructure business in North America. This role partners with the NA Practice Leader to execute growth across Risk Capital and Human Capital solutions for clients in the digital infrastructure ecosystem.

The role connects Producers, Account Executives, and industry leaders to drive client acquisitions, revenue growth, cross-solution collaboration, and market

Qualifications

• Ten-plus years of experience in digital infrastructure, data center, risk, or related industries.
• Proven business development, sales leadership, or industry leadership experience.
• Ability to influence and lead through collaboration in a matrixed organization.
• Experience working with large, complex client organizations and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging market opportunities and strategic growth priorities for North America.
• Coordinate resources and assist client teams in developing compelling value propositions.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to prioritize opportunities and drive pursuit activity.
• Position Aon as the advisor across the digital infrastructure lifecycle and develop go-to-market strategies.
