Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital infrastructure, data centers, commercial risk, insurance brokerage, consulting, construction, real estate, technology, telecommunications, or related industries.
• Proven ability to influence and lead through collaboration in a matrixed organization.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Ability to synthesize market trends and translate insights into actionable business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging market opportunities and execute growth strategies across North America.
• Coordinate resources and engage experts to support strategic pursuits and client teams.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to prioritize opportunities and drive pursuit activity across target accounts.
• Position Aon as the advisor of choice across the digital infrastructure lifecycle and develop scalable solutions.
