This role will serve as the primary subject matter expert helping data center developers, hyperscalers, colocation operators, utilities, power producers, infrastructure investors, and lenders navigate AI-powered infrastructure growth.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in power, energy infrastructure, data centers, or related fields.
• Strong business development and client leadership capabilities.
• Experience in risk transfer, project financing, and energy procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US market growth strategy for digital infrastructure power.
• Develop executive relationships with data center operators, utilities, investors and lenders.
• Create a sustainable advisory and capital solutions pipeline.
• Position Aon as a thought leader in power and digital infrastructure.
