Job summary

Amphenol Corporation's FCI BASICS division seeks a Distribution Manager – North America to drive growth through distributor partners. You will develop channel strategies, manage key NA distributors, and lead initiatives with sales, product management, and regional teams.

Travel across North America is required to build relationships, review performance, and identify new opportunities. The ideal candidate has 3–10 years in channel or distribution management within electronics, with proven revenue

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Supply Chain (or equivalent).
3–10 years in sales, channel or distribution management in electronics/interconnect industries.
Experience with major distributors such as Arrow Electronics, Avnet, Mouser Electronics, DigiKey Electronics, Future Electronics.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with key North American distribution partners.
Develop and execute channel growth strategies to increase revenue, market penetration, and customer engagement.
Identify new business opportunities through distribution networks and coordinate activities with internal sales teams.
Drive distributor performance through regular business reviews, pipeline management, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Collaborate with distributor sales teams to develop account penetration strategies and support customer acquisition efforts.
Monitor sales performance, bookings, backlog, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Represent FCI BASICS at customer visits, distributor meetings, industry events, and trade shows as needed.
