Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Regional Distribution Sales Lead to drive profitable growth through distributor partnerships in the Atlanta area and broader region. You will manage relationships, deliver training, support pricing, and collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns.

The role requires building joint pipelines, leading QBRs, and traveling 30–50%.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 2+ years of sales, distribution management, or channel development experience in electronics/interconnects.
• Strong knowledge of distribution sales models and major distributors (Arrow, Avnet, Future, TTI, Heilind, PEI, Master, Digikey, Mouser, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with distributor branches and corporate locations.
• Act as liaison between ACS and distributor partners to align growth strategies.
• Provide technical, pricing, and sales support to distributors and customers.
• Deliver product training to distributor sales teams.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with distributor leaders to drive goals.
• Collaborate with marketing on regional campaigns and events.
