Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, or related field.
• 0-2 years in analytics, sales, distribution or related field preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience desirable; CRM/ERP exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze distributor sales, bookings, inventory, margins, and other KPIs to identify trends and risks.
• Build dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Excel, Salesforce, SAP and other data sources.
• Translate data into actionable insights to support distribution strategy and growth.
• Engage distributor partners to understand their business, needs, and opportunities.
• Prepare for and participate in distributor business reviews with performance reporting.
