Amphenol Corporation, via Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), seeks a Regional Distribution Sales Lead to drive profitable growth with distributor branches across the region. You will manage relationships, provide training, and supply pricing and technical support to accelerate ACS sales.

You will deliver quarterly reviews, develop joint pipelines, and work with marketing on regional campaigns, while traveling 30–50% to engage partners and customers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, distribution management, or channel development in the electronics or interconnect industry.
• Strong understanding of distribution sales models and experience working with major distributors (Arrow, Avnet, Future, TTI, Heilind, PEI, Master, Digikey, Mouser, etc.).

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain relationships with distributor sales branches and corporate locations.
• Act as liaison between ACS and local distributor partners to align growth strategies.
• Provide technical, pricing, and sales support to distributors and customers.
• Deliver branch-level product training to distributor sales teams.
• Drive POS growth in the territory through data analysis of ACS POS.
• Develop joint pipeline and target accounts with distributors to grow ACS share.
• Coordinate joint customer visits with distribution partners.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with distributor leaders to meet goals.
• Collaborate with ACS marketing to drive regional campaigns and events.
• Support design registration activities with distributor partners.
