Motion Industries in Birmingham/Atlanta seeks a Senior Manager for North America Benefits & Leave Administration to oversee outsourced services across the US and Canada, ensuring compliant, high-quality employee experiences.

You will partner with Total Rewards, Payroll, HR Operations, and vendors to drive service delivery, escalate issues, and continuously improve programs across Health & Welfare, Retirement, and Leave initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years in benefits/leave administration or HR operations.
• 5+ years in people leadership.
• Experience with US and Canada benefits and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee benefits and leave administration service delivery for US/Canada.
• Lead escalation management and vendor performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across Health & Welfare, Retirement, and Leave.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, Payroll, HR Ops, and vendors.
