Motion Industries seeks a Health & Welfare Benefits Manager to design, administer, and oversee US, Canada, and Mexico health and welfare programs. This role acts as SME for medical, prescription, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness, and leave plans, partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver compliant, cost-effective benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Five+ years of progressive benefits experience with health and welfare program responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance.
• Experience with vendor, carrier, consultant, and third-party administrator relationships.

Responsabilités

• Oversee design, administration, and compliance of health and welfare programs.
• Lead wellbeing strategy including physical, emotional, financial, and social wellbeing.
• Coordinate annual benefit planning, renewals, and open enrollment activities.
• Analyze claims and trends to optimize benefit investments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, 125).
• Develop employee communications and dashboards for leadership.
