Job summary
Motion Industries seeks a Benefits Administration Manager to lead outsourced Health & Welfare and Retirement programs across the US and Canada. You will partner with Total Rewards, Payroll, HR Operations, and external vendors to ensure compliant, efficient, employee-focused service delivery.
You will own service delivery, monitor performance, and drive improvements while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance across regions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
- 5+ years in benefits administration, HR ops or total rewards.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Welfare and retirement benefits.
- Experience managing third-party administrators.
- Vendor governance, SLAs and escalation experience.
- Analytical, communicative, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in employee-facing service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operational delivery for Health & Welfare and Retirement programs across the US and Canada.
- Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and customer feedback to ensure quality.
- Lead escalation resolution with vendors and HR functions.
- Support compliance, governance, audits, and risk management for benefits.
- Drive continuous improvement in benefits administration operations.
