You will nurture multi-layered relationships across business, IT, and procurement, renewals, and introduce innovative Veeva solutions with an international team focused on Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of combined experience in software sales or consulting.
• Deep understanding of Life Sciences and digital transformation for Commercial within the sector.
• Proven track record of cultivating relationships across business, IT, and procurement.

Responsabilités

• Protect and expand Veeva's footprint through robust account management.
• Manage client partnerships and the Commercials account to be a trusted long-term partner.
• Develop and implement account vision, strategy, and ways of working.
• Serve as ambassador for customers and act in their best interests.
• Nurture relationships with stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, IT, and procurement.
