Job summary

Native American LifeLines is seeking a Finance Coordinator to support the Grants Manager and Finance Director. Responsibilities include AR/AP, purchasing, deposits, and donation processing for Baltimore and Boston locations.

The role requires 2+ years in AP/AR, familiarity with nonprofit finance, and strong record-keeping and communication skills. Hybrid telework is available after 90 days; occasional travel between locations is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of accounts payable/accounts receivable experience preferred.
• Non-profit finance experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with United States Code 2 CFR 200 (Uniform Guidance) is desired.

Responsibilities

• Enter financial transactions into accounting systems and maintain records.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable, vendor payments, and purchasing; process deposits.
• Record and report electronic donations and payments in QuickBooks Online.
• Oversee full cycle purchasing and inventory controls for Baltimore and Boston locations.
• Prepare manual checks via QuickBooks and ensure sales tax exemption compliance.
