Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of accounts payable/receivable experience.
• Non-profit finance experience preferred.
• Familiarity with 2 CFR 200 Uniform Guidance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Coordinate office purchasing and vendor payments.
• Process deposits and donations in QuickBooks Online.
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and mid-year reconciliations.
• Maintain inventory checks and controls for Baltimore and Boston sites.
• Prepare manual checks and ensure tax-exemption compliance.
