Qualifications

• Seven (7) or more years of demonstrated accounting experience with a nonprofit focus
• Experience with nonprofit accounting principles and systems
• Supervisory/management experience
• CPA, preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide senior level financial management services to nonprofits undergoing organizational change
• Oversee month-end close, audit support, budgeting, cash flow, and financial system implementations
• Present financial analysis to leadership and boards in clear, accessible terms
• Assist in compliance with nonprofit reporting standards
• Conduct financial health assessments and advise on sustainability
• Oversee grant compliance, including budgeting and reporting across various agencies
• Coach and train client staff and maintain strong client relationships
