BDO USA seeks a Manager for the Industry Specialty Services Group to deliver senior nonprofit financial management, planning and reporting services to clients nationwide and virtually. The role emphasizes change management, governance support, and scalable finance operations for foundations and nonprofits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance required.
• MBA or MPA preferred.
• Seven (7) or more years of nonprofit accounting experience required.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior level financial management services to nonprofits undergoing organizational or leadership change.
• Oversee month-end close, audits, budgeting and cash-flow planning.
• Support leadership teams and Boards in making financial decisions and communicating complex financial information.
