Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance required.
• MBA or MPA preferred.
• Seven+ years of nonprofit accounting experience required.
• Experience with nonprofit accounting principles and systems.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior level nonprofit financial management services during engagements.
• Oversee month-end close, budgets, cash flow planning, and financial system implementation.
• Present analysis to boards and leadership with clear financial communication.
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit reporting standards.
• Manage and coach consultants; supervise project engagements.
• Support client relationship development and business development activities.
