Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks an experienced leader to coach, grow, and partner with highly skilled Solutions Architects serving nonprofit customers. You will drive cloud-first strategies, architect engagement, and cross-team collaboration to deliver scalable, cost-aware migrations.

You will shape the skill development of the team, lead executive interactions, and help expand AWS cloud adoption within the public sector across diverse nonprofit clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead two sub verticals within our nonprofit vertical.
• Set and lead strategic technology initiatives across all nonprofit customers.
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop new Solution Architects and leaders.
• Build and coach the team to transfer deep technical skills to customers using AWS.
• Partner with Sales and Business Development leadership to accelerate progress.
• Lead solutions architecture teams to drive revenue and market share for AWS.
• Act as liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and Support.
• Communicate effectively with senior leaders internally and externally.
