Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks an experienced leader to coach and grow a team of Cloud Solutions Architects serving nonprofit customers. You will shape architectures, drive cloud migration programs, and partner with sales to expand revenue while delivering measurable value.

You will elevate technical skills, present strategic visions, and collaborate across AWS service teams and leadership to accelerate customer success in the public sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading solution architecture teams.
• Ability to coach and develop Solution Architects.
• Experience partnering with Sales and Business Development to drive growth.
• Strong communication with senior leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead two sub verticals within the nonprofit vertical.
• Set and drive strategic technology initiatives across nonprofit customers.
• Hire, onboard, and develop Solution Architects and leaders.
• Coach the team to transfer deep technical skills to customers adopting AWS.
• Partner with Sales and BD to accelerate progress and resource alignment.
• Lead architecture teams to grow revenue and market share for AWS in nonprofits.
• Serve as conduit between customers, service engineering, and Support.
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences and senior leaders.
