Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated customer-facing leader to coach, grow, and partner with technically skilled, customer-facing Solutions Architects in the nonprofit vertical.

You will enable best practices, solution selling, and executive-level communication while driving cloud migration initiatives and revenue growth across public sector customers. The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and cross-team collaboration with sales, services, and marketing to

Qualifications

5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience.
5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.

Responsibilities

Lead two sub verticals within our nonprofit vertical.
Set and lead strategic technology initiatives across all nonprofit customers.
Hire, on-board, train, and develop new Solution Architects and leaders from internal and external sources.
Build and coach the team on skills to conduct training sessions and transfer deep technical skills to AWS customers.
Partner with Sales and Business Development leadership to accelerate progress for the team.
Lead solutions architecture teams in driving revenue and market share for AWS.
Act as a conduit between customers, service engineering teams, and Support.
Communicate with diverse audiences and drive business and technology discussions with senior leaders.
