Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks an experienced customer-facing leader to coach, grow, and partner with technically skilled Solutions Architects serving nonprofit customers.

You will drive revenue growth and build the industry's best cloud-based solutions by enabling and coaching on best practices, solution selling, presentations, and executive interactions. You will mentor team members on AWS adoption, ramping up on cloud architectures, and developing speaking, writing, and leadership skills,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience.
• Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead two sub verticals within our nonprofit vertical.
• Set and lead strategic technology initiatives across all Nonprofit customers.
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop new Solution Architects and leaders.
• Build and coach the team on training sessions to transfer deep technical skills to customers using AWS.
• Partner with Sales and Business Development leadership to accelerate progress for the team.
• Lead solutions architecture teams in driving revenue and market share for AWS through technical engagements.
• Act as conduit between customers, service engineering teams, and Support.
