Qualifications

• Experience processing high-volume invoices.
• Maintain vendor relationships.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Assist with month-end close and accruals.
• Familiarity with W-9 and 1099 reporting.
• Support audits and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
• Review invoices for proper approvals, coding, and supporting documentation.
• Enter accounts payable transactions into the accounting system accurately and timely.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and accrual support.
• Maintain W-9 documentation and assist with annual 1099 reporting.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and internal controls.
• Support finance team projects and audit requests as needed.
