Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices
• Prepare check, ACH, and electronic payments
• Reconcilie vendor statements and research discrepancies
• Maintain accurate AP and vendor records
• Assist with month-end close and AP reconciliations
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues
• Support additional accounting functions as needed
