Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail grocery.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong ability to influence and communicate across functions.
• Excellent multitasking and time management; flexible hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily Operations of Grocery, General Merchandise, Health & Beauty Care, Frozen, and Dairy departments.
• Ensure departments meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Direct, oversee, and evaluate training of non-perishable department staff.
• Monitor associate performance and implement growth-focused action plans.
• Foster diversity and inclusion within the team and manage turnover.
• Provide best-in-class customer service and address customer needs.
• Coach and drive efficient operations to reduce costs and improve department performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
