Stop & Shop in Greenfield, MA is seeking a highly motivated Non-Perishable Manager to oversee Grocery, General Merchandise, Health & Beauty Care, Frozen, and Dairy departments. Lead daily operations, drive sales, and maintain high standards of sanitation and safety.

You will develop a diverse team, coach associates, ensure customer service excellence, and implement cost-control plans while complying with company policies and local regulations. Weekend and holiday hours flexibility required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail grocery.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred) or equivalent years of work experience.
• Self-starter with a proven track record of success and strong cross-functional influences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
