Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail grocery.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and profit targets while maintaining sanitation and safety.
• Direct, oversee, and evaluate training of non-perishable department staff.
• Monitor performance and develop associates with growth plans.
• Foster diversity and inclusion within the team.
• Manage labor relations and address employee issues promptly.
• Cultivate best-in-class customer service and well-stocked stores.
