Job summary

Stop & Shop in North Adams, MA is seeking a highly motivated Perishable Manager to oversee the Meat, Seafood, Deli, Florist, Produce and Bake Shop departments.

You will lead daily operations, drive sales and profits, maintain sanitation and safety standards, coach and develop team members, and foster a diverse, inclusive work environment while delivering best-in-class customer service and accurate stock management.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail grocery.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Meat, Seafood, Deli, Florist, Produce and Bake Shop.
• Ensure departments meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
