Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Social Services Director in a skilled nursing facility in Ohio. You will assist the Director to ensure the medically related emotional and social needs of residents are met, plan and direct the Social Services Department in line with federal, state, and local standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and offers a full-time schedule with shifts from 8:30a to 5:00p and competitive hourly wages up to $27.75.

Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Director to ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis. You will assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the community’s Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures.
