Saber Healthcare Group in Worthington, OH is seeking a Social Services professional to assist the Director in delivering compassionate, resident‑centered care within a skilled nursing facility.

You will help plan, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the Social Services Department, ensuring the emotional and social needs of residents are met while complying with federal, state and local standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in social services in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Director to ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis. You will assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the community’s Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
