Job summary

Saber Health Group in Ohio is seeking a Social Services professional to support the Director and oversee residents' emotional and social needs in a skilled nursing facility. You will help plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the department in line with federal and state standards and our policies.

• Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the community’s Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures.

Position Summary:

Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: Monday – Friday
• Manager on Duty Rotation
• Wage: $20.00 – $27.50 per hour
