Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Ohio is seeking a Social Services Director to support the Director and oversee the community’s Social Services Department, ensuring residents' medical, emotional, and social needs are met in compliance with regulations.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday shift, a wage of $20.00–$27.50 per hour, benefits eligibility after 30 days, and opportunities for professional growth within a compassionate, team-focused facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director to ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met and maintained on an individual basis.
• Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the community’s Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and our policies and procedures.
