Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group seeks a Social Services Assistant to support residents' emotional and social needs in a skilled nursing facility. You will help plan, organize, and direct the Social Services Department under federal, state, and local standards and our policies.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Director to ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis. You will assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the community’s Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: 8:30a - 5:00p
• Wage: Up to $27.75 per hour
