Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated social services professional to assist the Director in meeting residents’ emotional and social needs on an individual basis. You will help plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Social Services Department in line with federal, state, and local standards and Saber policies.

The role requires a high school diploma and prior LTC social work experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in LTC social work preferred.

• Assist the Director to ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of residents are met on an individual basis.
• Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing the social services department in accordance with standards and policies.

Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Director to ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis. You will assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the community’s Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures.

Education & Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in LTC social work preferred.

Shift & Wage

• Full-Time Opportunities Available
• Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday, 8:00a - 4:00p
• Wage: $28.00 per hour
