Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work a Panama Schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support installation and maintenance of client LAN/WAN devices.
• Respond to, update, and resolve incident tickets in ServiceNow.
• Administer networks including hardware, software, and configurations.
• Coordinate network operations, maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.
• Perform topology validation and asset management updates.
• Troubleshoot OSI layers 1–3 to resolve faults.
• Configure and troubleshoot VLANs and Layer 3 routing.
• Investigate MPLS issues across the WAN.
• Evaluate new network technologies and advise architecture team.
• Develop methodologies for LAN/WAN analysis, testing and support.
• Use Microfocus and Riverbed to identify customer-impacting events.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve incidents.
• Diagnose hardware/software problems and coordinate replacements.
