Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Must comply with DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 standards.
• TS/SCI Clearance with Poly required.

Responsibilities

• Support the installation and maintenance of the client LAN/WAN devices.
• Respond to, update, and resolve incident tickets within ServiceNow.
• Coordinate network operations, maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.
• Diagnose hardware and software problems.
