Qualifications

• Basic understanding of IP networking and related technologies.
• Familiarity with routers, switches, wireless and fiber tech.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills; follow documented procedures.

Responsabilités

• Receive escalations from call center and perform advanced troubleshooting.
• Monitor alarms and events using NMS platforms.
• Create, update and manage incident tickets.
• Escalate when unresolved per procedures; communicate outages to teams and customers.
• Support field technicians with configuration and troubleshooting.
• Verify service restoration and close incidents.
