Job summary

Boldyn Networks US Operations LLC in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a NOC Technician to join a 24/7 operation. You will answer calls, create tickets, triage issues, and manage tickets from start to finish while communicating outages to customers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes strong customer service and technical skills, with shifts currently running 1pm - 10pm PT Tue-Sat, and opportunities for schedule stability and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required.
• CCNA certification preferred.
• Experience in IT desktop support is a plus.
• DAS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, create tickets, and perform initial triage for issue resolution.
• Determine customer impact and urgency of issues.
• Escalate or assign tickets to the appropriate team members or engineers when needed.
• Own tickets until closure and communicate updates as needed.
• Notify internal employees and external customers of any outages.
