Job summary

NoaNet, headquartered in the Spokane Valley, WA, seeks a Technician for the Network Operations Center to monitor, manage and resolve advanced network issues. The role includes DevOps projects to automate internal NOC tools, with a focus on restoring service and reducing call outs.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of increasing responsibility in telecom operations or related DevOps/IT roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree in engineering, CS, electronics tech, telecommunications or related field preferred.
• Ability to train and provide technical guidance to less experienced personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-shift monitoring, management, and advanced troubleshooting to restore service.
• Perform DevOps project work to automate internal NOC systems and tooling.
• Escalate issues as needed and coordinate with Product, Engineering and Field resources.
