Job summary

Boldyn Networks in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Network Operations Center Technician to support customers with connectivity, hardware, software and systems issues in a 24/7 environment.

You will answer calls, triage, assign tickets, own issues to closure, and communicate outages. A Bachelor's degree and CCNA or equivalent certification are preferred, with IT desktop support and network monitoring experience valued. This role offers varied shifts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited university with at least 1 year of IT Desktop Support experience.
• CCNA or equivalent network certification is preferred.
• Experience with network monitoring and WLAN/DAS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, create tickets, and perform initial triage for issue resolution.
• Determine customer impact and urgency of issues.
• Escalate or assign tickets to the appropriate team members or engineers when needed.
• Own tickets until closure and communicate updates as needed.
• Notify internal employees and external customers of any outages.
