Job summary

Boldyn Networks in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Network Operations Center Technician to join our 24/7 team. You will answer calls, triage issues, create and own tickets, and escalate when needed, ensuring rapid resolution of connectivity, hardware, software, or system problems.

The role offers an 1pm-10pm PT schedule (Tue-Sat with potential changes), strong customer-service requirements, CCNA or equivalent certs encouraged, and opportunities to grow within a global interconnectivity company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 1 year of IT Desktop Support experience.
• CCNA or equivalent network certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, create tickets, and perform initial triage for issue resolution.
• Determine customer impact and urgency of issues.
• Escalate or assign tickets to appropriate teams when needed.
• Own tickets until closure and communicate updates as needed.
• Notify internal users and external customers of outages.
