Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or higher in IT or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of experience reporting incidents and resolving issues.
• Certifications such as A+, Network+, CCNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue recognition, initial diagnosis, troubleshooting, and tracking incidents across IT systems and facilities.
• Taking corrective actions to minimize downtime and impact on services.
• Escalation of problems and incidents to support staff and management; report progress.
