Job summary

DNI (Delaware Nation Industries) seeks a Mid-Level IT Specialist to support secure IT/telecommunications systems for national continuity programs. You will install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT resources across multiple classification levels, including SECRET and TOP SECRET environments.

Responsibilities include on-call incident response, policy enforcement, asset management, and staff training, with occasional travel for remote locations and incidents requiring rapid problem

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience as a dynamic, self-motivated IT Specialist.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and other PC-based applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a matrix organization.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments.
• Knowledge of security programs for handling classified information.

Responsibilities

• Installs, configures, and maintains IT infrastructure including data, voice, and video systems.
• Serves as 24/7 on-call point for IT and communications issues.
• Manages resources across unclassified, SECRET, and TOP SECRET levels.
• Develops SOPs and technical documentation for IT systems.
• Provides training to staff on IT systems, security procedures, and collaboration tools.
• Tracks IT assets and supports disaster recovery planning.
