Job summary

Delaware Department of Technology & Information (DTI) seeks an Associate Analyst to provide effective technical support for its technical infrastructure. The role blends individual effort with team collaboration and vendor engagement to deliver reliable services that meet agency needs.

The incumbent should show aptitude across core technology domains with a willingness to learn the rest, supporting server, middleware, web engineering, and data center functions in a dynamic 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of technical experience in one or more core technology requirements in a 24x7 environment.
• Associates or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly effective technical support for DTI’s infrastructure and assets.
• Collaborate with workgroup colleagues, other DT I staff, vendors, and customers.
• Contribute to policy adherence and evidence-based processes in daily operations.
• Support multiple technology domains including server, middleware, web engineering, and data center activities.
