Job summary

The One 23 Group seeks a Monitoring and Incident Response Specialist in Washington, D.C. to deliver real-time monitoring, incident response, and operations support for an enterprise network environment.

The role supports a 24x7x365 operating team, ensuring network availability, performance, and security and coordinating with engineering groups. Responsibilities include monitoring infrastructure, investigating alerts, performing initial triage and root cause analysis, and escalating issues as

Qualifications

Public Trust clearance may be required.
10+ years in roles supporting network operations, IT infrastructure monitoring, or incident response; 8+ years in IT support and monitoring.
Experience in enterprise IT environments supporting network or infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities

Monitor network infrastructure, applications, and services to ensure availability and performance.
Investigate alerts and incidents; perform initial triage and root cause analysis.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues; coordinate resolution with networks, security, and applications teams.
Escalate critical incidents based on severity and impact.
Document incidents and resolutions in the ITSM system.
Provide stakeholder updates on incident status and timelines.
