Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) seeks an experienced NOC Supervisor to lead the Network Operations Center, oversee daily monitoring, incident response, and customer support across critical services. You will mentor technicians, manage escalations, and drive improvements in monitoring and processes.

The role requires strong leadership, incident management expertise, and a deep understanding of IPX/Sigtran, BGP peering, and VPN connectivity.

Qualifications

• IPX networks and Sigtran experience
• BGP routing and peering experience
• VPN technologies and interconnects
• Network monitoring and observability proficiency
• MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Word) experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise NOC technicians and engineers across shifts
• Coordinate incident bridges and major incident response
• Oversee ticket lifecycle and escalations with customers
• Ensure monitoring tools are effectively used and network health maintained
• Develop training materials and mentor staff on troubleshooting and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem resolution and improvements
• Drive automation and process improvements in NOC operations
• Maintain customer communications and readiness during changes and incidents
