Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading NOC teams and incident response.
• Strong knowledge of IPX/Sigtran, BGP peering, and VPN interconnects.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and communications with customers.
• Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
